How do I get started?

Start your order here, where we guide you through a few simple questions to customise your plan to your dietary goals and preferences.get started on your personalised journey today.

Can I change the meals in my plan?

Yes! Choose from over 30 meals each week. Order Meal to your home. You can customise your menu up to 3 weeks in advance. Any extra costs or deductions will be updated. If you don’t choose meals, our algorithm will select the bast based on your location preferences.

How do I place an order?

Once your meal is decided, proceed to contact, submit your details, select your delivery start day , and provide payment information.

How do I contact customer service?

Changes and cancellations

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can skip deliveries or cancel 10minutes after payment.

Can I cancel/change a delivery after the order cut off times?

No, we have cut-offs: saturday 8pm for Sunday delivery and Sunday 8pm for monday delivery. This contributes to reducing food waste, so changes are not possible after the cut-off.

Where do you source your food from?

We carefully source our ingredients: our beef, chicken, and turkey are Red Tractor approved, leafy greens are grown, herbs are locally sourced, and our fish are quality assured.

How do I prepare my food?

Our meals are freshly prepared, cooked, and delivered to your door. Just heat or eat in minutes.

Can I heat in the oven?

You can cook them in the oven by removing the top film lid and following the oven cook instructions.

What if I have allergies?

Highlight any allergens when ordering.

What if there are issues with my meals?

If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to resolve them.

Packaging

How does my food stay cool?

Meals are packed with insulation to keep them cool until you get home.

Can I recycle my packaging?

Yes, our food trays and sauce pots are recyclable, and the film lid can be recycled with soft plastics. Additionally, our outer packaging, including the insulation and cardboard box, is recyclable.

Delivery

What days do you deliver?

We deliver daily, depending on your order, as our meals are cooked fresh.

What areas do you deliver to?

We serve accross Uk, Iraq, Australia, Dubia, Canada & Afghanistan.

How will my meals be delivered?

In London, meals are delivered by Hived, with an ETA and tracking details provided on the morning of delivery. Outside London, DPD delivers, and you can track via the DPD app.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free when you spend £45 on a 3-day plan or £75 on a 5 or 6-day plan. Otherwise, delivery costs £6 per delivery.

What if I’m not going to be home?

No problem. At checkout, specify a safe place for delivery. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text with an option to update these instructions. Proof of delivery will be provided via the tracking link, including a photo of where the parcel was left.
